Who we are: We are lean team, ramping up our efforts to continue providing Zimbabwe with the best learn-to-swim lessons at the same time giving back to our less privileged communities through our HEROES program. This is not a business, this is a lifestyle, a lifestyle where your work impacts the lives of others. What you will be doing: You will be running the day to day operations of the learn-to-swim school and overseeing our Heroes program. This is a leadership role that focuses on business development with varied responsibilities. You will be creating systems, processes and budgets to ensure our shared vision can reach more and more children. The smooth running of our administration is key so you have the time to develop relationships inside and outside our organization. We are constantly raising our standards so your desire to always be better will impact the success of our goals. Some examples of your responsibilities will include: - Accounting/bookkeeping - Communications i.e. phone calls, messaging, emails and social media - Scheduling which includes our online system for clients and google calendar - Marketing and Sales - Developing goals and ensuring they are met - Managing team members to ensure high productivity and excellent performance Must haves: 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development 2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in accounting 3. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related 4. As summer arrives we couldn't think of a better way to welcome it than by opening a new location for our HEROES community-based program in Mutare.
