Depends on brand and model of pump, could be 1 or 2) - Drain pool filter (there is a plug on the bottom or the side at the bottom... - Open up pump baskets and chlorine towers to drain water out - Drain heater (there is a plug on the side of the heater) Here is what the plug looks like that you should be looking for on the heater and pumps.

IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RE-START UP YOUR POOL EQUIPMENT AFTER THE FREEZE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS: - Make sure the pump/filter no longer has ice in them - If you were following our tips, please replace the drain plugs on the heater/pumps/filter - Add a bucket of water to each pump by removing the pump lid and pouring it inside (then replace pump lid)... - Flip breakers on - Turn on the pool equipment and check for leaking water or cracked/busted pipes - If you see any water dripping or spraying, shut off the pumps immediately so no further damage will occur Call, Text, Email with any questions or concerns (832-758-0331). Just a heads up - replacement parts are EXTREMELY HARD to come by as well as are New Pumps/Filters/Heaters/Chlorine Towers/Etc so please bare with us in this latest SHORTAGE of parts and materials.
