Cricklade Swim School

Exciting news! By December 2019 we will officially be an accredited ASA Learn to Swim Centre and will be adopting the Swim England progress structure in terms of their certificates and badges too! We know that many of your have wanted the cloth badges to sew on to towels and costumes alongside the certificates so this will be music to your ears! There is also now a FREE app you can track your child's progress on.... All of our current swimmers will be assessed by their teachers and awards given out accordingly going forward inline with their current levels on our previous system. We will roll this out across both Wanborough and Cricklade Swim Schools ASAP and will have continuous assessments in place to monitor the progress of your child / children. Its a fantastic structure which we are moving across to and we are very excited as both admin staff and teachers to move forward to this!

5 years ago - where it all started!

On Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st March we will be running our official assessment week which we will now hold every 3 months on the last weekend of the month at Cricklade. Adam will be sat on poolside for part of each session marking off your child’s progress on behalf of the teacher in line with our levels. The certificates will be available to collect the week after each assessment week. Certificates cost just 2 and can be paid for by cash or card. ... By Popular Demand: In regard to having cloth badges relating to each level these are currently in the design phase with the designers and we will have them ready as soon as we receive them!

The first private lessons tonight were a great success! Huge improvements and progress for all of the swimmers!! Well done!

No group lessons for the next two weekends at Cricklade! Continues as normal on the weekend of the 27th/28th April
