Coronavirus Statement It is with regret that following the government announcement on 31st October, we will be temporarily close First Strokes Swim Schools from Thursday 05th November 2020. Protecting our staff and you our loyal customers is our priority in this difficult time. If all goes to plan, we will reopen on Thursday the 03rd of December, we will provide all our customers and staff with updates. Our sessions will be running as normal until Wednesday the 04th of Novemb...er. All customer subscriptions and accounts will be placed on hold/frozen until further notice. We will be unable to process any refunds at this time. Those customers paying by Direct Debit will have their accounts frozen within 10 working days, from today. If any payments are taken before this time, we will request that your direct debit is reduced accordingly upon reopening. We will be unable to answer phone calls to you, however if you do have any queries please contact your relevant centre via email, as below: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] We will continue to keep you updated on any further changes. WE ARE BACK!! And ready for some serious SPLASH-TASTIC FUN. After our second lockdown, we are pleased to open our doors once again on 03rd December 2020. Billericay Customer Announcement: We regret to inform you that we are having to cancel the booked public swimming sessions at the Centre this weekend. We apologise for the inconvenience but we are experiencing issues with staffing levels due to Covid-19. ... We are working to rectify this as soon as possible.

Billericay Update: Unfortunately, we will not be reopening our Centre until further notice, due to staffing levels and concerns. We are working very hard to alleviate any worries but we will not be able to operate until our staff feel confident with the safety measures we are able to put in place.... We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

CUSTOMER UPDATE 9th April 2020 Dear Swimmers... I hope that you and your family are safe and well. It has been a challenging time for all of us as we learn and adapt to the new but temporary normal during this global pandemic. I wanted to use this opportunity to once again thank you for your support and understanding at this time of rapid developments and significant anxiety. We have held all spaces for our current swimmers which means you are able to come back to your regular lessons when we are able to reopen. We will be placing a freeze on all accounts from the end of March and on reopening will include a deduction for the sessions not used in March due to COVID19. We will not be collecting any further payments until we know the date on which we are able to re-open. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as we can. Any payments we receive during this time will be put on your account as a credit. We are unable to offer any refunds at this time, however we will not be asking you to pay any fees during our closure or any holding deposits. We hope you will support us during this time and we thank you for your co-operation. We hope our swimmers have been getting involved with some of our social media competitions and we wish all our customers a Happy Easter. I hope you and your children get some much-needed rest over the Easter break, and we will continue to communicate with parents throughout the holidays and beyond during this changeable period.
