*****IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE***** RULE OF SIX: Due to new Government restrictions, we are having to make some changes to our private booking process. Social gatherings of more than six people are illegal in England from Monday 14 September (today), with a few exemptions. ... In England, the limit of six people from multiple households starts today. We will no longer be taking bookings for groups of six or more people from multiple households unless you are in the same household or support bubble. If your booking with us includes six or more people from the same household or support bubble you don't need to do anything and your booking will take place as planned. If you have an existing booking of six or more people from different households you will need to contact us ASAP. Please contact us only if your booking falls into the latter category otherwise as stated earlier your booking will continue as planned. Pool closure over half term ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The pool will be closed for half term, Monday 26th October to Saturday 31 October, for essential pool maintenance.... We expect the pool to reopen on Sunday 1 November October, but please check here on Facebook or Instagram for further updates. If you have a group booking please can we remind you that all members should arrive together, and at least 5 minutes prior to your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to check you in at different times. Due to health and safety and new Covid-19 guidelines, we require everyone to be present for the check-in briefing. Also, if you are paying by cash on the day we are unable to give change; please bring the correct amount with you. Payment will need to be made before you are ...allowed access to the pool.
